Private household work, handled properly.
Apply once for household roles across Refined Staff's network. Tag every role you would genuinely take on, keep your documents private, and only meet households after you accept the relevant introduction terms.
No candidate fees. No cold sharing.
Refined Staff is built for private household hiring where discretion matters. Your application records your roles, location, start date and languages so the platform can identify suitable briefs without routine recruiter calls.
Housekeeper and chef, PA and house manager, domestic couple and estate support can all sit on one profile.
Add it now if convenient, or continue from your phone and send it when Refined Staff asks.
CVs, checks and contact details are not shown to a household until you accept an intro.
No agreement, no intro room.
A household request does not expose your contact details or create a direct meeting. Refined Staff first sends you a separate meeting-agreement link. The room stays locked unless both you and the household accept the same two required items.
No private contact exchange, private follow-up meetings or direct negotiation of salary, trials, start dates or placement terms before a hire is recorded.
A named consultant starts the transcript in the private Daily room. It supports the audit, agreed follow-up and circumvention review and is normally retained for 12 months. Video recording is not enabled.
If you or the household declines either required item, the room link and calendar invitations are not released and that Refined Staff meeting does not proceed.
Tag every role you can do well.
Many private staff are strongest across two related roles. Refined Staff's application lets you select multiple role types so the matcher does not miss good opportunities.
What happens after you apply.
Application saved
You get a reference and can check status from the same device.
Matching and availability
The platform checks role fit and asks whether you are currently available.

If a brief matches, you review the introduction terms before a meeting is confirmed.
