Candidate documents and contact details stay private until the candidate accepts an introduction. Identity and Right-to-Work evidence follows the secure provider route agreed for the placement.
DBS, references, driving and qualification checks are scoped to the role and commissioned when needed. Households retain their responsibilities as employers.
