Refined Staff Brand does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of candidate data. Employers are responsible for conducting their own verifications and background checks.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refined Staff Brand, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or breach of your representations and warranties.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these T&C or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
