We are seeking an experienced, professional, and hands-on Travelling Valet to join a private household team supporting a family of three adults, alongside a dog and a cat. The role is primarily based in Europe, with regular international travel including the United States, Dubai, India, and other destinations.

This is a full-time rotational position offering substantial downtime, international travel opportunities, and long-term stability within a fully staffed household environment.

This role is best suited to a candidate who enjoys international travel, thrives in a fast-paced private household environment, and can maintain professionalism, discretion, and flexibility at all times

The successful candidate will provide hands-on household and personal support to the principals, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the residence(s) and assisting the wider household team.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily household operations
• Supervising housekeepers and monitoring cleaning standards
• Managing laundry and ironing coordination
• Assisting with food service when required
• (No cooking required — a chef is always employed on site)
• Managing medicines and food supplements
• Welcoming and assisting guests and visitors
• Assisting with pet care, including minding the dog when required
• Driving family members safely and professionally
• Running errands and handling ad hoc requests
• Supporting the principals during international travel

• Comfortable working within a multinational household environment
• Hands-on and detail-oriented

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport
• Eligible to obtain visas for international travel, including:
• United States
• UAE (Dubai)
• India
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a frequent basis

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rotation: One month on / one month off

Schedule During Rotation:

• 6 working days per week
