Our client, a family of four visiting Scotland this month, is seeking an experienced Temporary Butler to support them throughout their stay. This is a hands-on role requiring a highly service-oriented individual who can act as the family’s right hand, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at all times.
The successful candidate will be professional, discreet, proactive, and capable of delivering exceptional service within a private household environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of personalised service to the family throughout their stay
- Acting as the principal point of support and assistance for the family
- Anticipating needs and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently
- Assisting with daily schedules, arrangements, and logistics as required
- Coordinating with other staff and service providers
- Maintaining a professional, discreet, and flexible approach at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Butler experience within a private household or luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
- Professional, polished, and discreet
- Highly organised and proactive
- Flexible and willing to assist with a wide variety of tasks
- Strong communication skills

Working Hours
- Approximately 8:00am – 10:00/11:00pm
- Breaks provided throughout the day
