We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper/Cook to maintain a clean, organised home environment while preparing simple, nutritious and enjoyable meals for the household. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, and able to manage household tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. This role is based in Enfield, London. This role is to start from 29th June through to 13th July.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing, and maintaining household organisation
- Prepare daily meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements
- Plan menus and assist with grocery shopping and kitchen inventory management
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen and throughout the home
- Manage household supplies and notify the employer when replenishment is required
- Occasionally assist with additional household tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping and home cooking, preferably in a private household
- Ability to prepare a variety of healthy and well-balanced meals
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Location: Enfield, London
Hours: 11am-4/5pm – with flexibility
Salary: £25gph
