Seeking a highly skilled, adaptable and passionate Private Chef with strong experience in luxury hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating bespoke dining experiences, a passion for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and the ability to deliver exceptional standards across a diverse range of culinary offerings.
The role requires complete flexibility in line with occupancy levels. During guest occupancy, the Chef should expect intensive service-led working patterns, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and ad hoc guest requests. Time off will be managed around occupancy, with quieter periods used for rest, menu development, supplier management and preparation.
Prior to opening and during quieter periods, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the estate’s culinary offering, establish operational systems and develop unique dining experiences that reflect the property’s luxury positioning.
