Private Chef in Dubai – Organic, Whole Foods, Healthy Cuisine with Italian & Asian Influence
We are seeking an experienced private chef in Dubai to prepare three meals a day, six days a week for a household of two. The ideal candidate will specialize in organic, whole-food-based cuisine, incorporating Italian and Asian influences to create flavorful, healthy, and diverse meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare healthy, delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Focus on organic, whole foods with a balanced approach to nutrition.
• Integrate Italian and Asian flavors into a clean, wholesome menu.
• Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
Example Meals:
• Breakfast: Açai bowl with fresh berries, nuts, and coconut flakes.
• Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with avocado, quinoa, and a light vinaigrette.
• Dinner:
• Italian: Whole-wheat pasta with grilled seafood, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
• Asian: Steamed fish with ginger, soy, and bok choy, served with jasmine rice.
Requirements:
• Professional culinary experience, preferably in healthy, organic cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and Asian cooking techniques.
• Experience working as a private chef is a plus.
• Ability to create a variety of flavorful yet health-conscious fresh dishes.
