A private family with multiple international residences is seeking a discreet, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant / Hands-On Multi-Property Manager. This is a practical, flexible role requiring direct involvement in household operations and property oversight across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance across several homes
Manage household staff and ensure seasonal property readiness
Handle personal errands, shopping, and local service bookings
Coordinate bill payments, payroll, and household expenses
Organise small events and oversee home improvement projects
Serve as the main point of contact for all personal and property matters
Requirements:
Ideally Greater London-based
Must have British/EU dual nationality or an EU passport with UK work rights
Fluent in English with confident spoken French (essential); Spanish a plus
Valid driving licence
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar private household or multi-residence management role
Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Flexibility to travel significantly throughout the year is a must
Accommodation provided during key travel periods.
Extensive international travel required year-round.
