Our UHNW client is seeking an exceptional and highly professional Live-in Footman to join their established household team. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-driven individual with previous private household or luxury hospitality experience to work within a prestigious residence, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the household and delivering impeccable service standards.

The successful candidate will be polished, proactive, discreet, and capable of anticipating the needs of the Principals and guests while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide formal and informal food and beverage service to the Principals, family members, and guests.
• Assist with the preparation, service, and clearing of meals.
• Support private dinners, receptions, events, and household entertaining.
• Ensure dining rooms, reception rooms, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Prepare and serve refreshments throughout the day as required.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Household Support:

• Work closely with the Butler, House Manager, and wider household team to ensure the smooth running of the residence.
• Assist with household setup and daily operations across principal and guest areas.
• Carry out light housekeeping support in public and reception areas where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, pantries, and storage spaces.
• Assist with flower arrangements, table settings, and event preparations as directed.

General Duties:

• Assist with luggage handling and guest room preparation.
• Run errands and undertake ad hoc duties as requested by the Principals or senior household staff.
• Support with vehicle arrivals, guest logistics, and coordination with chauffeurs and security personnel.
• Ensure all household standards, protocols, and procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding all household matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Footman, Junior Butler, Hospitality Assistant, or within a luxury hospitality or private household environment.
• Strong understanding of formal service and household etiquette.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
• Right to work in the UK.

Salary: Competitive and dependent upon experience. Candidates are invited to present their salary expectations.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Five-day working week.
• Flexibility required in line with the household’s operational requirements, events, and entertaining schedule.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
