Junior Butler Job
We are currently recruiting for two Junior Butler positions offering a salary of £40,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Both live-in and live-out arrangements are available.
The accommodation is in a shared house, which is situated next door to the estate. Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom provided. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, washing facilities, driveway, garden etc is shared amongst other staff.
The positions are contracted at five days per week with two days off. When the Principal is not in residence, the schedule is generally lighter; however, during periods of occupancy, candidates should expect to work 10–12-hour shifts as required. The package includes 21 days of annual leave plus public holidays, equating to approximately 30 days’ leave per year. Any additional days worked during particularly busy periods will be accrued and returned as time off in lieu. Discretionary tips may also be provided by the Principal and guests.
Flexibility is essential for this role, as is a strong team-oriented approach. We are seeking personable, professional candidates with excellent communication skills and ideally 1–5 years’ experience in a similar UHNW front-of-house environment. We are also open to candidates from high-end commercial hospitality backgrounds, including luxury hotels and fast-paced fine dining establishments.
This opportunity would particularly suit someone who is comfortable living outside of London and has the flexibility to relocate independently if required.
