We are seeking a highly experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 5-bedroom villa in Al Barari, Dubai. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who can efficiently manage household staff, vendors, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our home.
Key Responsibilities:
1.? ?Vendor & Service Management
• Coordinate and supervise all external vendors (cleaning, landscaping, pool maintenance, security, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained with all providers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage household expenses and budgets.
2.? ?Household Staff Supervision
• Oversee and manage household staff (chefs, housekeepers, drivers, etc.).
• Ensure all staff members adhere to their schedules and responsibilities.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and ensure a high level of discretion and professionalism.
3.? ?Household Administration & Maintenance
• Manage all permits, household emails, and deliveries.
• Oversee repairs and regular maintenance to ensure the villa remains in excellent condition.
• Keep records of household expenses, schedules, and important documents.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a House Manager in a high-end private residence.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in luxury home management and working with international vendors.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
