Job Summary:
A warm and welcoming family based in SW6 are seeking an experienced After School Nanny to care for their happy and energetic little boy aged 3½ years old. This is a permanent position ideally suited to a kind, organised and engaging nanny who enjoys supporting early years development and creating a fun, stimulating environment.
During term time, the role will consist of school pick-ups, planning age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and snacks, supporting the child’s routine and assisting with nursery duties related to the child. The family are looking for someone who is confident managing the afternoon and evening routine independently and who can create a calm and nurturing environment after school.
During private school holidays (approximately 14 weeks per year), the nanny will work full-time hours from 8am to 6pm, planning engaging outings and activities whilst supporting the child’s continued development and learning through play.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and warm, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for childcare. A long-term mindset and flexibility around family life are highly valued.

• Previous experience caring for children of a similar age
• Warm, nurturing and engaging approach to childcare
• Confident supporting early years development and routines
• Organised, proactive and able to use initiative
• Happy planning activities, outings and play-based learning
• Confident preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
• Reliable, punctual and flexible
• Strong communication skills
• Long-term mindset and looking to commit to a family role
• Up to date first aid certificate and excellent checkable references required
• DBS on the update service highly desirable
