Location: Kent
We are seeking experienced and polished hospitality professionals to support a high-end, luxury guest experience across a two-day event programme. The role will involve delivering exceptional food and beverage service, including champagne reception service, formal dining support, themed food stations, bar assistance, and late-night hospitality offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional champagne, cocktail, mocktail, wine, and soft drink service throughout the event
- Support welcome receptions with tray service and guest engagement
- Operate and maintain themed food stations during lunch and evening service periods
- Deliver seamless service during formal seated dining experiences, including a four-course dinner with wine pairing
- Assist with premium bar operations and ensure excellent guest service standards are maintained
- Serve elevated late-night bites via tray service and support specialty offerings, including coffee and affogato trolley service
- Ensure all service areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the wider catering and event teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, events, or premium catering environments
- Confident in tray service, beverage service, and guest-facing roles
- Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and wine service is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, flexible attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Accommodation: Provided on site
Salary: £25gph
