Live-in Executive Housekeeper – Remote part of Ibiza, Spain
We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeper to take ownership of the daily cleanliness and smooth running of a private house in Ibiza. The successful candidate will maintain the entire property to an immaculate, high standard every day, and deliver deep-clean and changeover cleans to a five-star level during rental periods and when the owner is staying. Beyond cleaning, the role includes laundry, driving, errands and keeping an eye on general maintenance.
We are looking for someone proactive, discreet and reliable who takes genuine pride in a spotless house and is happy to roll up their sleeves. Strong, consistent communication is essential – the Housekeeper works closely with the owner and the wider office team, flagging issues early and keeping everyone updated throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a full daily clean to an immaculate, luxury standard: bathrooms, floors, surfaces and kitchen
Make, strip and remake beds; manage the daily laundry, ironing and putting away
Upkeeping the terraces around the house
Drive the owner to meetings, appointments and nearby properties as required, and maintain vehicle logs
Run errands: collect packages and deliveries, complete shopping runs, and restock household supplies
Keep an eye on general maintenance and flag any issues promptly to the gardener and handyman
When the owner is away: work through a room-by-room deep-clean programme; meet and quality-check contractors (builders, pool technician, electrician), photograph progress and update the office by WhatsApp; stock-check linens, towels and cleaning products and prepare replacement orders; lock up the house
Rentals & Hosting
The property is available for selective, high-quality rentals during the summer.
Before a bookings: full deep clean to a luxury standard, remove and store all personal items, set fresh linen, towels and amenities, and arrange welcome provisions (flowers, groceries, hamper)
During a stay: daily housekeeping of beds, bathrooms and common areas; manage linen and towel rotation; lay, clear and clean dining areas
After departure: full changeover clean to reset the property; launder, inventory and restock linens and towels; log any damage or missing items and report to the office
What We’re Looking For
A meticulous, dedicated housekeeper
Full EU driving licence (clean and valid)
Excellent clear written and spoken English
EU passport holder
Hospitality experience ideal
A self-starter who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
Bonus: fluent in both Spanish and English
