Part-time Personal Assistant, Berkshire
We have fantastic position for an experienced, flexible and super organised candidate to support a private couple 3 days per week, flexible to be in their home and can often be a remote role. The candidate must be local to Sunningdale, and only candidates near this location will be considered. You must be a confident driver, in both rural and city locations and happy to drive at night, given the winter hours.
Responsibilities:
- Settle and organise household bills
- Monitor and track invoices
- Credit card consolidation
- Filing and keep financial records
- Run errands
- Gift purchasing and returning
- Calendar management
- Research and book travel
- Occasional business support (liaise with the property manager)
- Oversee the principal’s other UK properties if needed.
- Occasional travel and running errands in London
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Week: Ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Working Hours: 7 hours per day, 21hours per week
Salary: £30 – £35gph Self-employed
