This is a rare chance to join the private household of a warm, self-made entrepreneur — a single gentleman in his 50s who values quality, discretion, and a calm home above all else. He is known for being easygoing, clear in his expectations, and genuinely considerate of the people around him.

You will split your year between two stunning locations: a beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Milan during the quieter winter months, and a spacious five-bedroom villa in Ibiza through the summer. Each setting offers its own rhythm — structured and peaceful in the city, vibrant and alive on the island.

Milan — October to April
Based in an elegant 120m² city-centre apartment, Milan is your quieter season. Working approximately 3–3½ days per week, your days follow a comfortable rhythm — morning breakfast, light household care, lunch preparation, and a dinner. Occasional guests are rare; the pace is measured.
Ibiza — May to October
Summer brings a change of scene and energy. You’ll live in at a stunning 330m² private villa. Six days a week, the household comes alive — with additional housekeeping support provided at peak times, and dedicated teams managing the pool and gardens. A dynamic environment with real variety and the backdrop of the Mediterranean.

Cooking 

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner— simple,  home cooking
• Plan and manage weekly food shopping and household provisions
• present meals and mise-en-place

Household & Property Care

• Maintain both the Milan apartment and Ibiza villa to a high standard
• Laundry care, ironing, and wardrobe management with attention to detail
• Coordinate with additional support staff in Ibiza during peak season
• Run errands and manage household supplies proactively

Guest & Household Support

• Welcome and look after occasional guests with discretion and warmth
• Maintain professional boundaries

You are a polished, self-motivated household professional who takes genuine pride in the quality of everything you do. You thrive working independently, adapting effortlessly between the refined pace of city life and the energy of a summer villa. You are calm, reliable, and utterly discreet.

• Proficient in Italian — essential for daily life in Milan
• English language skills — preferred
• Confident cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for one person)
• Skilled in laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• High standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout
• Flexible and comfortable with a seasonal, multi-location lifestyle
• Driving licence — advantageous, not essential
• Smart appearance — all-black attire required (no formal uniform)
